第十四届全国冬季运动会精彩纷呈的比赛，离不开工作人员的坚守与付出，也得益于多种科技及智慧指挥系统的应用，各项保障工作有条不紊、细致高效，助力比赛顺利进行。

第十四届全国冬季运动会（以下简称“十四冬”）在内蒙古自治区火热进行，让人们充分感受到冰雪舞台竞技体育的魅力。

比赛的精彩呈现，离不开工作人员的坚守与付出：场馆管理团队确保场地始终处于*佳状态，供电供热人员24小时在岗保障赛场温度与照明，安保人员尽职尽责，志愿者默默付出……供热、供电、安保和志愿服务等领域的智慧指挥系统，为工作人员的服务提供技术支撑，保障各环节平稳运行，助力比赛顺利进行。

智能系统助力冰面转换

拆除防撞垫、撤掉裁判席和预埋线路、更换标志物、浇冰增加冰面厚度、重新布线设置裁判席和防撞垫……2月18日晚，在呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区内蒙古冰上运动训练中心，“十四冬”短道速滑公开组比赛颁奖仪式结束后，工作人员立即开始“转场”。经过24小时连续工作，冰面由4厘米增至4.5厘米，符合花样滑冰公开组比赛要求。

“十四冬”比赛中，短道速滑和花样滑冰两项赛事在同一场地接续进行，赛程安排仅间隔24小时，冰场模式切换需供热、供电等部门密切配合。“制冰过程需要进行严格的温度、湿度控制，否则会造成冰面硬脆或软黏，而不同项目的比赛对冰面温度和场馆室温也有不同要求。”内蒙古冰上运动训练中心短道速滑馆馆长于洋说。

场馆建设之初只有一个换热站，因“十四冬”比赛需在不同场馆同时营造4种恒温条件，保障团队决定对场馆开展多点位监测，再利用大数据分析手段重新研发智能控制系统。

运动员在冰面上进行激烈比拼，而在冰面下则是一片密密麻麻的管道和温控设备。显示屏上实时显示着冰面厚度、硬度、温度等数据，以及场馆室内的温度湿度指标。这些数据会即时传送到远程智慧系统中，冰场的恒温换热站将根据这些数据自动计算并调节各个阀门的开度，以确保制冰设备和场地始终处于*佳状态。负责“十四冬”供热保障的刘志刚表示，机组检修维护人员24小时在岗，每两小时进行一次巡检，以确保比赛顺利进行。

为了践行绿色理念，场馆也做出了努力。在短道速滑比赛期间，运动员入场环节和比赛间隙的灯光音响营造出了热烈的氛围，增强了观众的观赛体验。薛杨表示，“这是国内大型冬季运动赛事首次引入体育展示系统。”这次应用声光电科技的精心设计不仅增强了观众的观赛体验，还能通过调节现场气氛来激励运动员。

场馆运转也一直坚持践行绿色理念。呼伦贝尔大草原上的巨型风电机组为“十四冬”提供了绿色电能，实现了赛事场馆100%的清洁电力供应。为了保障赛事，国网呼伦贝尔供电公司供电服务指挥中心通过新上线的供电服务资源调度管控系统，对“十四冬”的保电线路进行精准的监测。

The staff can monitor the operation status of the guarantee lines in real time. Once a fault occurs, the system will immediately send out an alarm signal and push a work order to help the operation and maintenance personnel accurately locate the fault point, shorten the fault troubleshooting time, and improve the repair efficiency.

"Taking the 14th Winter Games as an opportunity, the local area has realized the "smart" upgrade of the power grid," said Meng Hui, deputy commander of the Hulunbuir command branch of the 14th Winter Games power guarantee.

Digitized management of volunteer services

During the 14th Winter Games, more than 1,700 volunteers were recruited in the Hulunbuir competition area, distributed in 20 locations such as competition services, award services, and competition venues.

Zhang Siyuan, a volunteer from Beijing Normal University, has participated in the volunteer service of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and is now the leader of the Beijing Normal University Volunteer Service Group for the 14th Winter Games. "The digital management of volunteer services in the 14th Winter Games has left a deep impression on me. All applications and registrations are done online, and the volunteer service hours can be queried in real time," she said.

"Digital management is a feature of the volunteer service of the 14th Winter Games," said Yang Guoqi, director of the Volunteer Service Department of the 14th Winter Games Organizing Committee. "During the 14th Winter Games, I completed more than 300 hours of volunteer service. Seeing the duration gradually increase, I feel a great sense of accomplishment," said Zhang Yiming, a volunteer from Hulunbuir Vocational and Technical College.

在“十四冬”期间，呼伦贝尔市市民也积极行动，为赛会提供服务，展现“东道主”风采。“广大党员带头参与城市街区清雪工作、带头文明有序观赛、带头参与各项保障服务。”呼伦贝尔市委组织部组织一科科长陈政表示，“我们还组建了党员先锋突击队，有效引导党员就近参与保障服务。”

走进“十四冬”运行指挥调度中心，一块蓝色大屏实时显示观赛人数、运动员抵离信息等数据。“我们的目标是全力保障比赛顺利进行。”运行调度指挥中心指挥长凌育苗表示。
